Every vehicle must meet or exceed exacting inspection and reconditioning standards in order to become "QCertified." We want the vehicles to look, feel and smell as new as possible. We inspect everything from the tires and the brakes to the suspension, drivetrain, engine components and even the undercarriage. Only vehicles that pass all 128 checkpoints (as appropriate to vehicle content) can receive QCertifiaction.

Our ASE Certified Technicians have completed "QCertified" training in order to perform this service.

We are inspected at random intervals throughout the year by an independent 3rd party to insure we are adhering to QCertified inspection rules and guidelines.

Vehicle History Report*

It is often difficult to determine the quality and reliability of a used vehicle just by looking at it. Even a thorough visual inspection by a certified technician can sometimes overlook future problem areas. This is why we provide you with a free Autocheck report provided by Experian. Experian is one of the world's largest providers of auto history information. Every QCertified vehicle must receive a clean vehicle title report.

This is the ideal plan for those who want extensive coverage & maximum protection for their automobile investment. Our Roadside Assistance Program protects you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in the U.S. & Canada with Tire Road Hazard Protection & Trip Interruption Coverage. This coverage is available on our Powertrain, High-Tech & Comprehensive plans. We offer the convenience of nationwide coverage for authorized service & repairs.

In addition, every QCertified vehicle owner receives a Powertrain Limited Warranty to protect your vehicle.

Powertrain Coverage - Two Years or 100,000 Miles

For the next two years or until your vehicle hits 100k miles (whichever comes first), we will fix any issues that arise with the powertrain of your vehicle. Coverage includes engine, transmission, front wheel drive and rear wheel drive components. (See additional coverage details listed below).

Customer Responsibilities

Maintenance Requirements**
Your vehicle must be serviced receiving all scheduled maintenance as recommended by the manufacturer's Owner's Manual.

Maintenance Record Retention**
You must retain copies of all completed repair orders showing the maintenance services performed during the coverage period.

Repair Requirements
You must return to your QCertified Authorized Dealership or their affiliate for covered repairs. If traveling away from home, contact the QCertified Administrator for directions to the nearest QCertified authorized repair facility.

**Failure to follow maintenance requirements and maintenance record retention section of the QCertified Powertrain Limited Warranty may void coverage.


Gasoline Engine
Cylinder block and all internal lubricated parts including: crankshaft, rod and main bearings, cam bearings, expansion (freeze) plugs, connecting rods, wrist pins, pistons, piston rings, camshaft, cam tower, lifters, cylinder head, valves and guides, valve springs, rocker arms (cam followers), pushrods, timing chain housing (cover), timing chain and sprockets, timing belt and pulleys, timing belt tensioner, intake and exhaust manifolds, flywheel, balance shafts, harmonic balancer and retainer bolt, crankshaft pulley, valve covers, oil pan, oil pump and pressure relief valve, engine oil cooler hoses, oil filter adapter/housing, engine oil sending unit, engine mounts, water pump, temperature sending unit, thermostat and housing, fuel supply pump, vacuum pump, dipstick and tube, fasteners for the components listed above.

Turbocharged/Supercharged/Rotary/Diesel Enhanced Engines
All of the above listed parts or equivalent plus: turbocharger, waste gate controller, intercooler, hard lines, compressor, clutch and pulley, bypass valve, injection pump, lines and nozzles.
