Taking Advantage of No-Contact Service

Step 1. Schedule Your Contactless Service

Are you busy during business hours? Do you not have time to make a phone call?  You can use our online service scheduling tool to make your appointment for touchless service. There is the option to call one of our friendly service advisors if you prefer.

Step 2. Bring Your Vehicle into Our Service Center or Schedule a Pick-up Time

At Honda of Great Falls, you can also schedule a time for our service team to pick up your car, truck, SUV, or minivan for its service appointment. We can pick it up from your home or office and deliver it back to you when the work is done. If you live outside the pick-up area, you can bring your vehicle in and use our drop-off box.

Step 3. Social Distancing in Our Service Lounge

If you need to wait, you can do so in our service lounge. It is disinfected multiple times a day, per Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, for your safety. We ask that you remain six feet away from all other customers and wear a mask per CDC recommendations.

Step 4. Service Loaners Are Available

Customers who need transportation because their car needs to be in our shop longer because of an auto repair will have the use of one of our service loaners.  They are sanitized after every use for your well-being.

Step 5. You Will Receive a Sanitized Vehicle After the Work is Done

Once your work is complete, our service technicians will use CDC-approved cleaners to disinfect your vehicle before it is back in your possession. They will make sure to thoroughly sanitize frequently touched areas like your steering wheel and shifter.
